We have the experience and expertise to tackle just about any type of building move. We’d be happy to provide you with a free estimate for any of our services, including: building moves, shoring and leveling, raise and hold, basement excavations, demolition, and site work excavation.

As part of the bidding process, we’ll:

  • take a look at the site where the building is currently located
  • measure the building
  • analyze access to the property where the building is currently located
  • run the proposed moving route, from start to finish
  • take measurements along the route (height and width) to make sure that the building will clear
  • research the construction permits required for final destination placement
  • analyze access to the property where the building will be placed

While we can usually provide you with “ballpark” figures on our initial site visit, the written bid that we submit will be all-inclusive and detailed. No hidden charges or extra charges – what we quote is what we charge.

Moving buildings (inches or miles) is a complicated, technical process. When you’re comparing contractors, be sure to evaluate not only price, but also:
