We’re often called in on eminent domain projects, when land has been purchased by a city or the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and buildings need to be removed. In the early 1980s, we moved dozens of homes in Colorado Springs to make way for Interstate 25 expansion. In the 1990s, we worked on TREX, as I-25 was once again widened, this time through the heart of Denver.
We have extensive experience moving historical buildings, and some of our notable projects include: moving a 
97-year-old barn in Boulder County, moving a two-story log home in Littleton, and moving a train depot in Englewood, and moving a huge 55 foot tall wood ore house in Cripple Creek.
We also move portable classrooms and buildings, and we have ongoing contracts with Douglas County School District and Cherry Creek School District.
